At Oasess, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@oasess.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. Make sure the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@oasess.com. We’ll review the issue and resolve it quickly, ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase.

Customized or Personalized Products:

Customized and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged. Since these products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a quality issue. If you have any questions about customized products, please reach out to us at support@oasess.com.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged due to our error. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or brands.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@oasess.com.
