Return & Refund Policy
At OASESS, we aim to provide a clear and fair return process. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Verified manufacturing defect
2. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (such as wrong, damaged, or defective items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect order), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models, subject to product availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process after delivery.
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
