Welcome to oasess.com. We are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue, you are eligible for a return or refund. If the item delivered is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you.

Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
Please email our support team at support@oasess.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if applicable. After reviewing your request, we will provide the return address and, if necessary, a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging included. Items must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 1–2 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
No return shipping fee applies when the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong product, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To assist with high international shipping fees, we offer a $30 return shipping subsidy, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please contact us with your request. We will assist you through the process. No additional handling fees apply.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
